Preparations

Here are the tom shells after complete disassembly.
Lugs and stuff in the hardware trays. You want to keep each drum's hardware with the drum.
The acoustic head and hoops. You'll be needing to put these aside until you wish to convert back.
Here is the rack waiting for the toms and snare for testing. This is just a full TD-6 kit used completely as cymbals.
